The proposed new Bylaws provide for transition At-Large Directors initially, to get the new National Board started. They were selected because of their dedication to Pacifica principles and their experience with non-profit organizations and boards, and familiarity with good governance practices and what non-profit boards should do.
These initial (transition) At Large Directors are listed here along with information about them.
If some of them are not available when it’s time for them to be seated on the new Pacifca National Board, this list of Alternate At-Large Directors will be used to fill those positions, in accordance with the new Bylaws.
